Job Description
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Type documents, reports and correspondence.
- Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Greet visitors and clients and direct them to the correct staff member.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
- Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist with event planning and implementation.
- Fax, scan and copy documents.
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
- Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.
- Organize travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist CEO as requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Office experience 3-5 years
- Competent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ... etc) is a MUST.
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
- Very good English.
- Presentable.
