Job Description

  • Provide support for international travel such as applying and procuring visas from appropriate international governing agencies.
  • Reconciliation and payment processing of all travel related invoices.
  • Negotiate travel deals with airlines, hotels, ground transportation.
  • Assisting with tracking internal travel direct bills and group billing accounts.
  • Handle the inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Create Purchase Orders and handle related invoices, follow the needed checklists and check the daily reports of all the above operations.
  • Deal with site suppliers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Related field.
  • Excellent English command (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good knowledge of Ms. Office
