Job Description
- Prepare and send out packages to potential Sub-contractors/Suppliers.
- Prepare comparative analysis of various offers for the same item and evaluate best offer.
- Purchasing agents and Buyer throughout the process of evaluating suppliers.
- Negotiating supplier agreements and managing supplier and contractors contracts.
- Monitor what the company purchases, delivers to site and spends to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands.
- Analyze information and make quick decisions is helpful for choosing suppliers.
- Managing costs and choosing quality merchandise.
- Delegate tasks and supervise work of purchasing & procurement agents.
- Preparing procurement log sheets for all projects required items.
- Develop & execute new improved procurement strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- 9-12 years of experience in Real Estate industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
