Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for managing documentation.

  • Ensure the proper documents are created and signed.
  • Follow policies in storing accurate data and documents.
  • Organize and archive documents after scanning it.
  • Managing databases and preparing letters.
  • Fulfill document retrieval requests.
  • Retrieve and data documents quickly and efficiently when needed.
  • Maintain all kinds of documents and check for signatures and dates or as much as drafting and editing sentences.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours from 8 to 4 with half an hour break.
  • 2 Days off.

Job Requirements

  • Females Preferred
  • very good English language.
  • Have an Excellent knowledge in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very good attention to details.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Data organization and archiving knowledge.
