Job Description
- Oversees the plant operation ensuring efficiency while achieving production plans and cost optimization targets.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure realization of targets.
- Preparation of annual budget and forecasts and implementation of the same.
- Preparation of the three years investment plan associated and implementation of the same.
- Provide short and medium-term cost optimization plans and efficiency recovery for the company’s management.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant chemist or engineering discipline, a postgraduate degree will be a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Cement industry, of which 5+ years’ experience in relevant managerial positions (a minimum 3 years as Production Management is a must).
- Proven experience in process optimization using alternative fuels and producing portfolio of cement products.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, operations management, and cost optimization.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Leadership ability
