Job Description
- Our company is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to be responsible for the smooth running of our office & for building strong client relationships.
- Duties will involve greeting visitors, documenting and attending meetings, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity. Candidates with an interior or furniture design background are also welcome to apply.
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Preparing meetings and taking minutes of meetings and communicating them to team.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers, with a focus on improving the customer experience
Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success
Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect our products - Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
