Organizing the testing, acceptance, approval and handover of the project:
Prepare test scripts.

Prepare user acceptance statement and obtain user sign-off.

Performs applications systems administration
Manages and monitors applications and activities of all Systems applications and supports critical applications
Tests and implements systems related upgrades and problems fixes.
Prepares systems and applications for new branches/departments/units and ATMs expansions
Diagnoses financial systems issues and manages support cases related to system/software issues.
Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
Becomes familiar with ITD policies, services, and staff.
Acts as ‘Duty Officer’ on a weekly rotating on-call roll, who will be assigned many small to medium operational tasks such as systems monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and emergency responses.
Applying system patches and upgrades & mandates as necessary (within policy and procedures established for testing and acceptance)
