Job Description
- Provide assistance regarding Corporate Law matters.
- Provide assistance regarding Industrial Laws and procedures in different authorities.
- Provide assistance regarding IP Law matters.
- Provide assistance regarding litigation cases monitoring.
- Provide assistance regarding Import and Export Laws and Authorities.
- Provide assistance regarding monitoring the company’s external counsel.
- Provide assistance in reviewing & drafting legal contracts and documentation.
- Translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Provide assistance in monitoring internal legal compliance and corporate governance.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties, creating relations of trust.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
- Practicing preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.
- Provide assistance regarding research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations & assisting management in understanding legal and contractual risks and mitigating those risks.
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
- Conduct work with integrity and responsibility.
