Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Execute the seasonal calendar campaigns across all CRM channels.
- Monitor and Track campaign results supported with new recommendations based on analysis to improve results.
- Support CRM projects for any planned or ad-hoc tasks.
- Generate all required analytics regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hocks) that support the CRM department in tracking the overall performance.
- Manage loyalty program campaigns.
- Manages day-to-day loyalty program-related activities.
- Work closely with various business units to develop objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, communications, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum of 1year of experience with campaign management and loyalty operations
- Advanced Knowledge of SQL and Power BI and Python is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English
