Job Description

  •  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  •  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Execute the seasonal calendar campaigns across all CRM channels.
  • Monitor and Track campaign results supported with new recommendations based on analysis to improve results.
  • Support CRM projects for any planned or ad-hoc tasks.
  • Generate all required analytics regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hocks) that support the CRM department in tracking the overall performance.
  • Manage loyalty program campaigns.
  • Manages day-to-day loyalty program-related activities.
  • Work closely with various business units to develop objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, communications, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1year of experience with campaign management and loyalty operations
  • Advanced Knowledge of SQL and Power BI and Python is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English
