Job Description
- Lead strategic projects with cross functional teams, including plan development and execution.
- Consult with HBE teams with initiatives in execution to support assessment and adaptation of strategies in complex, evolving systems.
- Provide project status updates to company leadership.
- Work closely with corporate executives and business leaders.
- Support integration as needed through involvement in specific integration work streams.
- Create innovative processes, products, and solutions in anticipation of trends.
- Manage growth initiative work streams, and run project meetings to ensure activities stay on track.
- Communicate assigned tasks in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate, and efficient results.
- Identify specific business areas that requires improvement and provide strategic and implementable solutions.
- Oversee and execute HBE wide strategic planning process.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree of Economics or any relevant field.
Experience:
Proven 2-3 years of experience in the same position.
