Semak for cosmetics is hiring District Manager in the following areas:
- Alexandria.
- Bahira.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
- leading a team of medical reps to achieve company's objectives.
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and share relevant market information, including competitor and sales data to support the identification of sales and customer opportunities.
- Monitor performance against agreed sales, expenses, business/account plan execution, contact plan, customer satisfaction metrics, highlighting issues and taking appropriate actions.
Job Requirements
- 3 : 5 years’ work of experience as a District Manager Preferably in Cosmetics or Pharmacies field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy OR Science.
- Very Good in English language (Speaking/Writing).
- Leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
