Job Description

  • Receiving purchase requests and collecting all required data.
  • Identify and liaise with suppliers of goods and services
  • Preparing requesting quotes, and negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, delivery times, payment term, etc.
  • Issuing purchase orders for the approval of the purchasing manager/section head
  • Following up the reception of the orders in warehouses.
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/ database and Prepare reports.
  • Handling claims with suppliers.  
  • Work closely with the requesting departments and warehouses for smooth purchasing operations.
  • Respect Company HSE policies and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of purchasing process.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Good in Microsoft Office .
