Job Description
- Receiving purchase requests and collecting all required data.
- Identify and liaise with suppliers of goods and services
- Preparing requesting quotes, and negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, delivery times, payment term, etc.
- Issuing purchase orders for the approval of the purchasing manager/section head
- Following up the reception of the orders in warehouses.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/ database and Prepare reports.
- Handling claims with suppliers.
- Work closely with the requesting departments and warehouses for smooth purchasing operations.
- Respect Company HSE policies and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing process.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English language.
- Good in Microsoft Office .
