Job Description
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Diagnosing and fixing faults.
- Checking, repairing, and servicing medical devices, equipment.
- Checking and calibrating equipment to make sure they are accurate.
- Doing external maintenance (outdoor maintenance).
- Regular maintenance of equipment with maintenance contracts.
- Ensure that the equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation Shift and 'on-call' work may be required, particularly where Medical equipment.
- Creating maintenance procedures.
- Writing technical reports and keeping up to date with developments in technology and regulations.
- Undertake scheduled maintenance of engineering equipment
- Submit periodic reports on maintenance works.
- Follow up maintenance contracts and activate new contracts.
- Follow-up customers after repair to check the efficiency of the device after
- Requesting tools, inspection equipment, and spare parts for maintenance.
- Meet the maintenance department’s objectives and KPIs
- Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally.
- Submit periodic reports on maintenance works.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned to him within his competence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in medical , Electrical, communications, or equivalent devices in the similar specialization
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Creativity and Problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical knowledge skills.
- Efficiency and organization skills.
- Good practical and technical skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in hearing ads is preferred
