Job Description
Awfarlak is an e-commerce retailer focusing on high-end computer products and gaming devices. Currently, we are looking for computer geeks for multiple vacancies including customer support and content editing roles.
Customer Service/Support responsibilities:
- Managing customer queries and complaints, process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for customers via phone, in person, or electronically
- To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and, you should have experience working with computers.
Content Editing/Writing Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible of listing new products on our website, choosing and editing product pictures, prepare spec sheets and write appealing content that describes the product best features.
Job Requirements
For Customer Service/Support Vacancies:
- It's necessary for the applicants to have good knowledge of computer products and brands and also be familiar with computer games and latest gaming devices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, verbal and written
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Preferably two years of Customer service experience or an equivalent experience.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate.
For Content Editing/Writing Vacancies:
- It's necessary for the applicants to have good knowledge of computer products and brands and also be familiar with computer games and latest gaming devices.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, verbal and written
- Comfortable using computers.
- Excellent at using search engines and collecting data.
- Ability to write appealing articles and content.
- Ability to compare different products and describe them in short and creative sentences.
- Basic Photoshop skills is preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate.
