Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Developing effective media buying strategies.
- Assist to identify target audiences and organize media campaigns.
- Work on all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google, Native ads, Programmatic Ads, Media Partnerships….etc.
- Making weekly and monthly reports for campaigns.
- Tracking campaign results and performance.
- Optimize plans and budgets.
- Attend meetings with clients\manager in order to report on campaign strategies and results.
- Attend meetings with the creative team in order to discuss campaign strategies.
Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing (2:3) years
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field experience.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Adequate knowledge of web development and SEO
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
