Job Description
A Chinese Multinational company in the field of logistic is looking for a caliber to execute the below
- Review the company's original documents and handle daily accounting business, prepare the company's accounting vouchers and register the accounting books;
- Be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and financial analysis reports to provide reliable basis for the company's decision-making;
- Establish and improve the financial management system, organize the implementation and supervise the implementation after approval;
- Reduce the tax burden through reasonable and legal tax planning;
- Monitor the enterprise's capital accounts, reasonably control the accounts receivable and reduce the risk of bad debts;
- Review the accounting materials provided by the company;
- Be responsible for coordinating with various departments to review various economic contracts and financial revenue and expenditure plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in financial accounting or related economics .
- More than 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years of working experience in finance supervisor or Accounting Supervisor
- Familiar with financial management, accounting knowledge, familiar with relevant tax laws, regulations and policies
- experience in the express or in the logistic field is preferred
- Proficient in financial software and office;
- Working experience in express company is preferred;
- Good communication skills, organization and coordination skills, careful work and good stability
