Job Description

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Achieving the required level of customer satisfaction through the KPI's set AHT, ACW and Attendance.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a call center representative
  • Intermediate English Level required.
  • Graduates only required.
  • Age limit is 35 years only.
  • Can write a business email when needed.
  • Rotational shifts (last shift for girls ends at 8:00PM), 8.5 hours shift. (Shift starts 8 and 9 and afternoon starts between 10:00PM and 12:00PM).
  • Subway membership is paid for employees who use the subway.
