Job Description
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Achieving the required level of customer satisfaction through the KPI's set AHT, ACW and Attendance.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a call center representative
- Intermediate English Level required.
- Graduates only required.
- Age limit is 35 years only.
- Can write a business email when needed.
- Rotational shifts (last shift for girls ends at 8:00PM), 8.5 hours shift. (Shift starts 8 and 9 and afternoon starts between 10:00PM and 12:00PM).
- Subway membership is paid for employees who use the subway.
