Job Description

  • Hire and Assist in recruitment cycle by screening , scheduling & conducting initial interviews.
  • Handle problems and complaints of employees and report it directly to HR team
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Monitor daily Attendance & Absenteeism for all employees
  • Organize and maintain personnel records such as hiring documents and employee contracts for new hires
  • Update internal databases and Create regular reports for HR team
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • 2-4 yrs Work experience as an HR generalist
  • Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
  • Experience using spreadsheets , Excel and word.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving & Handling skills.
  • Attentive to details and highly organized.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
