Job Description
- Ensure 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities
- Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management
- Ensure preventive maintenance and performance management
- Assist with Problem Management
- interact with customers and internal partners and provide technical solutions.
- Provide rapid root-cause analysis for various customer IP related issues.
- On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of science in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Automatics and Computer Science or equivalent;
- 3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
- Core Network knowledge IMS: MTAS / CSCF / SBG / MRF
- Core Network knowledge CS : MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBC
- Understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G
- SS7 protocol stack and troubleshooting
- SIP / Diameter protocol stack and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
- Ericsson knowledge
