Job Description

  • Have a channel with the suppliers of the machines to improve its efficiency and solve any issue as quick as possible
  • Re-activate the system of downtime calculation and generate analysis reports and improve the downtime
  • Tracking of spare parts and have a clear policy for ordering
  • Perform daily maintenance pop-ups
  • Distribute and evaluate the daily  tasks performed by the technicians
  • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for the factory, machinery, and equipment to ensure that these continue to operate at optimum levels.
  • Monitor the performance of factory and equipment and revise maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
  • Ensure that all documentation and procedures are provided by suppliers and contractors when receiving new equipment.
  • Determine the optimum level of spare parts to be held in stock to ensure that availability is maintained at minimum cost.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of stocks and maintenance carried out.
