Job Description
- Ensures that the production is cost effective.
- Approves new manufacturing methods.
- Analyze plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Aligns with company strategies.
- Makes the best use of production lines and raw materials that align with required products.
- Cooperates with maintenance team for optimum line operation.
- Standardizes production times, staffing requirements, and related costs.
- Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potentials.
- Makes sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Updates and Edits the timescale for the produce an product with the process Team to update it in SAP.
- Updates the product Manuel (If needed) through contacts with R & D and Quality Department.
- Monitors Production plan and ensures products are created on time.
- Monitors The Working Procedure and The working Instruction with the team and Update or Change Changes (IF Needed).
- Works with all Departments in the company and works with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervises and motivates his team to enhance plant performance..
- Attends Daily Meeting with the direct team.
- Estimates, negotiates and agrees budgets and timescales managers and re-negotiates timescales or schedules if necessary.
- Organizes with The Shop Floor Team the schedule of repair and maintenance.
- Sets and meets production goals.
- Corrects The problems on production line.
- Maximizes the production process to lower costs.
- Works with the Financial Departments to come up with a budget and spending plan.
- Ensures compliance with workplace safety programs.
- Oversees The Manufacturing Process and makes sure that production lines are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Makes decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Monitors the Analyzes production data.
- Determines whether new machines are needed or whether overtime work is necessary.
