Job Description

  • Provide highly qualified resources to deploy solutions including implementation, training, and support.
  • Diagnose, research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to software issues
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • This position requires self-initiative, ownership, excellent listening skills, motivated to provide exceptional customer service from inception to resolution for each issue
  • If bugs require simple configuration changes in the system or small changes in HTML or CSS code, you are expected to fix it yourself. More complicated problems can be escalated to the development team
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Document your technical work and research to help improve the product, and improve the support experience.

Job Requirements

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in deploying software applications including implementation, support, and user training.
  • Strong troubleshooting, follow directions, collect data, establish facts, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Variety of technologies including MS office skills, hardware/software, operating systems, database principles, and networking.
  • HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.
