Job Description
- Manages supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitors compliance.
- Aids in preparing, composing, and communicating sales offers with stakeholders.
- Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
- Communicates with potential leads in relation to the department’s objectives.
- Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
- Acts as custodian of corporate sales related documents and records.
- Directs preparation and filing of corporate sales documents with government agencies to conform with statutes.
- Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
- Creates and maintains database, CRM software, and spreadsheet files.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested.
- Supervises clerical support staff.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Local ERP Experience (Preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Good Marketing & Selling skills.
- High inter-personal & communication skills.
- Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside telesales department.
- Good command of English languages.
- Former telesales and communications skills training and IT (software) knowledge is required.
Essential Required Experience:
- Experience 2-3 years working on telemarketing to generate new leads for sales
- Experience in generating leads for technology, hardware and software solutions
- Experience on targeting the right market sector based on the company sales plan
- Experience on reaching the decision makers and get connected with them
- Experience of evaluating the leads that come from in-bound calls from prospect customers
- Experience on evaluating and filtering directories to build the needed contacts base that can help on reaching the targeted customers
- The job will be office based no outside meetings expected or required
