Job Description
- Initiate attendance monthly report.
- Provide monthly HR reports on changes in benefits and monthly headcount turnover report and also manage the organization’s employee database
- Maintain the new staff onboarding process by providing orientation information guidelines for the company policy and procedures.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications through job analysis.
- Implement work-load analysis for each department to enhance the outcome.
- Performs Job analysis and creates a performance management module for any newly added/created position.
- Submit and follow up performance evaluation forms, compile assessments after completion, and make a final report for each department
- Maintain employment and other personnel records.Responsible for all investigations when needed and ensuring alignment with the policy and procedures
- Appropriately apply personnel rules and related procedures
- Supervises the employee check-in/ out procedures including exit interviews.
- Archiving work (any related documents to employee, transfers, leaves request and position changes
- Staff Leaves management (Annual-Sick-unpaid-Casual- etc...)
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR experience in the manufacturing field.
- HR Certificate is preferred
- 1 day off (Friday)
