Job Description
- Answers facebook messages and comments
- Answers instagram comments and messages
- Answers customer calls
- Handles customer problems and comes up with solutions to their problems
- Communicates with the operations team to solve any customer problems
- Logs orders and customer requests
- Answers customer emails
- Answers website chat
- Follows up on customer problems till its solved
- Communicates with management the feedback from customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Great communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English & Arabic both written & spoken
- Fast typing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong work Ethics is a must
- Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice
- Flexible with changes in business needs & processes
- Experience working with an E-commerce business is a plus
- Experience working with google sheets is a plus
