Job Description

Commercial

  • Maintain commercial records on Sales force and other business platforms
  • Identify & acquire “Sales Opportunities” with prospect client
  • Update clients with possible changes in pricing according to business needs and operational requirements
  • Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets.
  • Manage relationships with all customs brokers/truckers in Egypt.
  • Update and complete required reports.
  • Acquire new business through new/existing customers.
  • Propose new trade lanes based on existing customer’s requirements.
  • Set and Execute customer engagement plan.

Customer Service

  • Provide Customer with good and healthy experience
  • Create opportunities in Sales force
  • Send quotations to customers
  • Act as liaison between clients from one side and operations team from another side
  • Follow up on client’s adherence to terms of payment collections
  • Maintain and record all customer data and history of interactions on CRM (Salesforce).

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in any B2B sales/account management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Preferably Logistics)
