Job Description
Commercial
- Maintain commercial records on Sales force and other business platforms
- Identify & acquire “Sales Opportunities” with prospect client
- Update clients with possible changes in pricing according to business needs and operational requirements
- Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets.
- Manage relationships with all customs brokers/truckers in Egypt.
- Update and complete required reports.
- Acquire new business through new/existing customers.
- Propose new trade lanes based on existing customer’s requirements.
- Set and Execute customer engagement plan.
Customer Service
- Provide Customer with good and healthy experience
- Create opportunities in Sales force
- Send quotations to customers
- Act as liaison between clients from one side and operations team from another side
- Follow up on client’s adherence to terms of payment collections
- Maintain and record all customer data and history of interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in any B2B sales/account management role
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Preferably Logistics)
