Job Description
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms.
- Control collections and receivables timing and methods in coordination with Finance.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Division to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources and the Line Managers to efficiently implement HR initiatives so as to motivate and lead a High-Performance Team.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company product.
- Check competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
- Analyze the impact of Marketing promotions and submit report to the Sales Director for assessment and evaluation.
- Attend to the needs of the existing customers.
- Cascade sales targets to individual sales representatives and the team as a whole.
- Assist in the recruiting and training of sales team.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Support in Handling customer service-related issues of key accounts.
- Follow up on customer feedback to provide management with efficient reports of products quality and best sellers.
- Suggest ways and means to improve sales performance.
- Ensure the team database of customers is complete and accurate to retrieve data when requested.
- Conduct and lead sales visits.
- Provide product information and training for sales team, answer client questions and concerns and build company awareness while achieving long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
- Continuous Follow up on customers and market feedback.
- Resolve any current problems with clients, and ensure customer and market satisfaction with company products.
- Drive revenue growth and maintain highly efficient and effective sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
- 6-8 years’ experience in sales of any food products, preferably in direct distribution channel
- degree in sales and marketing is a plus
- Must own a car and a valid driver’s license
