Job Description

  • Cooperate with recruitment supervisor to set non-medical recruitment plan based on the fact of the approved workforce plan to meet the strategic goals have been set by the upper management.
  • Make sure that the hospital policies are effectively applied without any misleads. And that the employee is fully aware of the employee handbook.
  • Coordinate with recruitment supervisor and department managers to forecast future hiring needs & to predict any employees’ problems that might happens to avoid early resignations by terminating hanged issues.
  • Recommend talent attraction strategies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all recruitment and selection activity works in alignment with Andalusia group’s vision, values, strategic plan and requires standards.
  • Review recruitment pipeline for all non-medical hospital positions in order to reduce the vacant days.
  • Review daily activities and report to superior managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any discipline . 
  • Post graduate study in HR is a must . 
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in recruitment is a must . 
  • Communication and negotiation skills .
