Job Description
- Receive P.R to provide raw material needs on time.
- Study products & search for best fit suppliers according to quality requirements at the best price.
- Prepare yearly reports to specify purchasing percentage compared to last year.
- Track and Improve the efficiency of raw material procurement cycle.
- Negotiate with supplier’s best contract conditions & cost efficiency.
- Prepare monthly Quarterly /Yearly supplier evaluation reports.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of experience in food and beverage is a must
- English & Arabic languages , Spoken / written
- Computer skills
- Microsoft office
- Knowledge of import cycle
