Job Description
The role works with head office functions and franchisees, process the HR operation processes and procedures. This role will take ownership for the delivery of high-quality services to support business and clients and will have the opportunity to identify and implement potential process and content improvements.
Major Duties / Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, timely, accurate and customer-focused HR transactional services, data administration and answers to employee’s and manager’s walk-in, call and email queries.
- Excellent employment lifecycle daily operations such as facilitating new hire’s onboarding processes; probation evaluation / contract renewal timeline management; exit process governance, etc.
- Ensure all staffing processes 100% meet labor law requirement, provide solution on process improvement and lead all immediately correct actions to prevent employment risks.
- Mobility facilitation such as coordinating foreigner’s work permit and residence permit application.
- Support the administration of time management, social insurance, payroll, IIT, etc.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- Experience in a rapidly response and highly results-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Good spoken and written English / Chinese capability.
- Good analytics skills, be sensitive to numbers and trends.
- Time management capabilities, problem-solving abilities.
