Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate, recommend and test continuous improvement projects
- Administrative tasks such as development in application workflows and KPI landing pages
- Collaborate with users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Work with the stakeholders to elicit, clarify, analyze and review business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create as-is, to-be process flows, user journey maps.
- Act as a primary liaison between the business and technical team.
- Create wireframes to review with stakeholders, team and pass them over to the UI design team.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the product road map
- User Acceptance Testing, unit, and integration
- Follow up the whole development and delivery process from creating user stories, scrum, and agile management, deliver tasks to the product manager, get the business feedback from the end-users and product managers
- Manage the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Participate in scrum team meetings
- Continuous delivery and continuous integration, with frequent deployments to production.
Job Requirements
- Very Good knowledge of agile
- Good knowledge in Business Analysis Plan
- Good experience in analysis techniques (Interviewing, Questionnaires, Prototyping, Workshops…etc.)
