Job Description
- Performs a wide variety of typing assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature.
- Operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
- Provides administrative / secretarial support for the department such as answering telephones, assisting visitors.
- Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records.
- Arranges meetings, edits and distributes agendas and minutes of meetings, schedules appointments, and performs other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedules.
- Meet and answer inquiries from different levels of people
- Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Females Only.
- University Graduate , Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 2+ Years proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Very Good in English business writing and communication skills.
