Job Description

  • Performs a wide variety of typing assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature.
  • Operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
  • Provides administrative / secretarial support for the department such as answering telephones, assisting visitors.
  • Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records.
  • Arranges meetings, edits and distributes agendas and minutes of meetings, schedules appointments, and performs other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedules.
  • Meet and answer inquiries from different levels of people
  • Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Females Only.
  • University Graduate , Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 2+ Years proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Very Good in English business writing and communication skills.
