Job Description
- Design & Manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Auditing of the production line and evaluation of day to day work.
- Analysis of customer return, Implement corrective actions
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Train all operators to gain max. productivity& min. rework, without any injuries.
- Manage the product quality improvement projects based on the after sales and quality teams feedback.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
- Identify key KPIs for product quality
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering with grade at least good.
- Experience : 3 - 5 Years in quality assurance tools and process
- Basic Knowledge of the following processes (Cooling Cycles-Plastic injection-metal forming tooling & dies -Welding – Treatment – Enameling – Electrostatic spraying)
- Preferable to has previous experience in Home appliances sector, and worked in 10th of Ramadan
- Good ownership & Leadership skills.
- Ability to gain more knowledge & experience.
- Microsoft office.
- General knowledge of data base and ERP systems.
