Job Description
Customer Service and Relations:
- Handling all client requests and take action needed
- Follow up on client requests/complaints till resolved
- Reporting client complaints
Technical Operations:
- Responsible for all course preparation, and course start up reports
- Responsible for reporting issues and technical problems with LMS
- Responsible for all individual collections, on weekly basis
- Responsible for logistics (Invoice Delivery, transportation, etc...)
- Prepare presentation for running and upcoming courses
- Support on Material upload
- Support on Exam Registration
- Review operations Paperwork archiving
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of reputable university
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in same field (training industry is a plus)
- Excellent command of English Language
- Familiar with CRM and LMS
- Very good Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
- Very organised and detail oriented
