Job Description

Customer Service and Relations:

  • Handling all client requests and take action needed
  • Follow up on client requests/complaints till resolved
  • Reporting client complaints

Technical Operations:

  • Responsible for all course preparation, and course start up reports
  • Responsible for reporting issues and technical problems with LMS
  • Responsible for all individual collections, on weekly basis
  • Responsible for logistics (Invoice Delivery, transportation, etc...)
  • Prepare presentation for running and upcoming courses
  • Support on Material upload
  • Support on Exam Registration
  • Review operations Paperwork archiving

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of reputable university
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in same field (training industry is a plus)
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Familiar with CRM and LMS
  • Very good Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
  • Very organised and detail oriented
