Job Description

  • Observing the display unites and the rooms' cleanliness level.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures, mirrors, stone lists, and calculators) at the beginning of the working day.
  • Receiving telephone calls and make calls divert
  • Welcome the customers and escorting them to the rooms.
  • Fill in the data card with the new customers
  • Notify the sales team members about their customers.
  • Inform sales about customers requirement
  • Input the data into the system
  • Deals with inquiries from the sales team and customers.
  • Send daily reports with customers' data to the marketing section.
  • Assist the sales team in case of high traffic inside the branch.
  • Assist the sales team in following the customers' requirements.
  • Cover the customer service activates in case of events outside the branch.

Job Requirements

  • Graduation in any reputable degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command in the English language
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
