Job Description
- Follow up with clients to maintain positive on-going relationships and build a rapport between the company and client.
- Reaching out to customers' leads through referrals.
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
- Coordinating exerted efforts with team members and other departments to maximize the aspired outputs.
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
- Staying up to date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional trends.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature, shifting/ conveying customers to the concerned department to top off sales process.
- Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to direct manager.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Achieve monthly and annually targets set by the team leaders to generate revenues for the company.
- Generate reports to sales team leaders and sales manager
- Be aware with Brokers needs and being in Contact with them ( sending availability and last Updates after revising with managers and operation team )
Job Requirements
- Sokhna Projects Experience is a Must.
- BA in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office user.
- Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Very Good Command of English
- Using CRM
- Good knowledge of English.
