Software Engineer (Python)

Darsel is a fast-growing, Stanford-backed education technology startup focused on improving learning

for students who have limited internet access. Our learning platform allows students to practice math

through low-bandwidth channels like SMS and Facebook Messenger for free.

We are seeking to hire entry-level software engineers (Python) who are passionate about education

and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This full-time position is ideal for candidates

with 0-3 years of experience who have strong math skills and are proficient in Python. The role is 100%

remote (can work from home) with flexible hours.

Job responsibilities:

• Write Python functions which dynamically generate math content
• Implement and develop testing and debugging functions
• Collaborate with other software engineers and math content specialist
• Work with other teams to improve user learning experience
