Scope & Nature:
We are a non-profit organization working on educational and development projects, and look forward to hiring a professional Training Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of our training plan. We are conducting some training programs in our premises and other programs with external training provider.
Duties:
- Assist in implementing our Training Plan
- Communicate with training providers and ensure correct programs are delivered
- Contact Trainers and Trainees and setting schedules.
- Scheduling training sessions
- Training course setup
- Maintain database of all training materials.
- Help maintain a clean, well-organized Training center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment.
- Evaluate the Professors and their performance during the sessions.
- Evaluate the Trainees to ensure the quality of the Training Programs.
- Prepare the participants’ attendance sheet, certificates, contact info sheet & evaluation forms.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in any related field.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Training Background is preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Highly organized.
- Committed.
- Multi-tasking.
- Possesses good problem solving/analysis skills.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Excellent follow-up skill.
