Role Description:
In this role, the Data Annotator will review and accurately label data such as images, text, audio, video, and other digital content according to detailed guidelines. The person in this position will verify AI-generated outputs, perform quality checks, and ensure consistency across datasets to support machine learning and AI projects.
Daily tasks include following annotation protocols, meeting productivity and accuracy targets, collaborating with team leads to clarify instructions, and reporting issues or edge cases. The Data Annotator will work within secure systems and processes that align with company standards and client requirements.
Job Requirements
Fluency in English is a MUST.
Experience in data annotation for at least 3 years (Full time or freelancing projects).
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured guidelines, and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with web-based tools, spreadsheets, and annotation platforms.
Ability to focus on repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency, and to meet defined productivity and performance targets.
Willingness to work on-site in Degla Maadi or from home depending on the business needs, and collaborate effectively within a diverse, multicultural team.
