Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with solid hands-on experience in managing and operating social media accounts, combining structured execution with organized thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the company’s social media accounts across different platforms.
- Write, edit, and publish content based on clear guidelines provided by management.
- Prepare and execute monthly content posting plans.
- Monitor content and campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Suggest content ideas using the available archive and performance insights.
- Track the lead conversion flow and report progress and gaps to management.
- Coordinate to obtain required marketing materials (photos, videos, and assets).
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in social media management.
- Junior Advanced or early Mid-level profile.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and analytical skills.
