Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Front-End Web Developer having min 3+ years of experience
and is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will
include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual
elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap
between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides
and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Job Responsibilities
- Take part in high-intensity messaging Client-Server Product and owns the Client.
- Benchmark UI/UX technologies by developing Proof-of-Concepts to recommend solutions.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize application for better page-loading performance and scalable.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and underlying event model.
- Propose new Web Technologies and solutions assisted by PoC’s.
- Experience with web services technologies (HTTPS/JSON/REST
- Experience in modern Client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks and libraries,
including and not limited to, jQuery, Angular, ReactJS, etc - Understanding of various modes of communication between Server and Client technologies
like Web Socket and encrypted messaging. - Expertise in implementing Design Patterns and Architecture assessments.
- Develop performance-optimized JavaScript solutions as the Business demands.
- Graphic layout skills, canvas animation and image processing are a great plus.
- Experience with developing RESTful APIs and coordinating with Stakeholders.
- An understanding of the latest updates and trends in HTML, CSS and JavaScript Stack.
- Expertise in solving cross-browser compatibility issues.
Nice to Have
- Knowledgeable in caching concepts and performance bottlenecks in web development.
- Understanding of WebRTC, WebGL, Webpack, Web Workers, Service Workers a plus
- Proficient with JavaScript Unit Test frameworks (MochaJS, Jasmine, JEST, etc.).
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, like LESS and SASS
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bit Bucket / Git / Mercurial / SVN
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small
adjustments on an image. - Good understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
