Job Description

Position Overview:

The Business Partner will be working as a part of the people and culture department. Will be responsible for operating and developing the company performance strategic plan.

Position Purpose

Experienced HR professional to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will work as the first dedicated business partner to monitor and support the company's performance for efficiency and improvement. 
You will collaborate with business leaders to help drive a sustainable, performance-oriented company. 
You will be responsible for maintaining the performance levels agreed across different departments.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Communicate and update the Performance Management Framework.
  • Implement and monitor Performance Management framework to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the company and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives
  • Assist the managers in translating the performance objectives  to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
  • Develop policies and procedures to support the employee performance (for ex: performance review policy).
  • Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data.
  • Tracking progression from goal setting, probation reviews, and end-of-year evaluations to support individual, team, and organizational performance.
  • Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance
  • Monitor all activities related to the performance management cycle and manage all communication of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs.
  • In liaison with the Culture HRBP, contribute to the implementation of effective company Recognition Programs to reward staff contributions.
  • Develop and Implement a succession-planning matrix.
  • Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance
  • In Liaison with the Recruitment, Implement, and evaluate compensation policies/programs and pay structures based upon internal performance and in consideration with the external market conditions that support the organization's strategic goals, objectives, and values.
  • In liaison with the Culture HRBP Develop and evaluate plans and policies to minimize the organization's loss and liability (for example, emergency response, and return-to-work policies).
  • In liaison with the Culture HRBP Develop/select and implement/administer Employee injury and illness prevention.
  • In liaison with the training manager, following up on employee training programs to level up the technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Work with the MIS to develop automation in performance data and ensure data quality.
  • Communicate and train the workforce on the plans and policies.
  • Implementation and effective use of 360-degree feedback process.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of:

  • Workplace experience in performance programs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of people management theories/ principles and ability to coach others around best practices.
  • At least 3 years of success as HR operations// employee performance in corporate culture.

Skills: 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders
  • Strong operational aptitude to understand the company performance criteria.
  • The highest degree of trustworthiness, integrity, and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good command of the English Language (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, multi-task, and prioritize under pressure with minimal supervision.
