???? Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals (1–2 per role) to support our client's large-scale digital transformation initiatives through a combination of Enterprise Architecture, Digital Strategy, Innovation, and Quality Assurance roles.

Successful candidates will work on-site in Saudi Arabia, supporting a high-impact public sector client, and contributing to designing, governing, and delivering strategic digital solutions. Roles require full alignment with Saudi national frameworks, including NORA, DGA, and global best practices such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, ISO 9001.

???? Key Responsibilities (as applicable to each role):

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

Develop AS-IS and TO-BE models across business, data, application, and technology domains.

Design and enhance enterprise architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., BizzDesign).

Ensure strategic alignment between enterprise architecture and organizational goals.

Develop meta-models, visual dashboards, and architecture governance documents.

Ensure compliance with national frameworks such as NORA and international standards such as TOGAF and COBIT.

Digital Transformation Advisory

Lead and monitor digital transformation strategies in line with DGA policies.

Define and track KPIs and digital performance metrics.

Conduct digital maturity assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap development.

Classify initiatives by value and impact (short/mid/long-term).

Promote innovation culture through workshops and pilot initiatives.

Emerging Technologies & Innovation

Conduct feasibility studies and business case evaluations for emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.).

Facilitate innovation workshops and prototyping sessions.

Drive a culture of experimentation and digital creativity.

Integrate innovation efforts with change management programs.

Align innovation initiatives with national and organizational priorities.

Quality Assurance & Technical Project Management

Apply quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, ITIL, CMMI across IT project delivery.

Monitor SLAs, manage service quality metrics, and support audit activities.

Support the PMO in project planning, tracking, and governance.

Review project deliverables and ensure alignment with transformation goals.

Train internal teams on QA methodologies and project standards.
