Job Description

We are software and technology provider we make websites and mobile apps for travel agencies. 
 

As a Senior Marketing Executive for a technology provider in the travel industry, you would be responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services to travel agencies.

  1. Develop marketing strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on travel agency customers.
  2. Brand management: Manage and enhance the company's brand image and positioning within the travel industry.
  3. Campaign planning and execution: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  4. Content creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to engage travel agencies and promote the company's products and services.
  5. Digital marketing optimization: Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns, to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  6. Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities. Analyze data and insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  7. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agency partners, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth.
  8. Team leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

Daily Tasks:

  1. Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  3. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to stay informed and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  4. Create and review marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  5. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for marketing collateral development, advertising campaigns, and events.
  6. Track and report on marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities for their implementation within the organization.

Required skills

  1. Marketing expertise: A deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly in the travel industry.
  2. Digital marketing proficiency: Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics.
