Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring clear and efficient communication with all stakeholders, and also for completing the necessary paperwork that is involved in the whole business process.
- Effectively coordinates the transport activities of the company.
- Coordinating the outward and inward movement (shipping) and receiving of work equipment.
- Develops important indicators that measure and show the effectiveness of the company’s transportation operations.
- Develops cordial relationships with all clients and can satisfy them.
- Maintains a good relationship with the required transportation personnel to make sure that deliveries are carried out efficiently.
- Follow up on all operation cycles related to transportation.
- Runs all operation processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 years of experience in an operational department in a transportation company.
- Knowledge of the procedures and modes of transportation for heavy vehicles.
- Strong understanding of heavy vehicles.
