Job Description
- Manage import and shipping procedures from purchase requests to shipment arrival.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, shipping lines, banks, and customs brokers.
- Review shipping and import documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up on ACI, CargoX, and customs clearance procedures.
- Compare freight quotations and monitor shipping costs and related payments.
- Prepare and update reports on incoming and expected shipments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in import and international shipping.
- Good knowledge of import procedures, ACI, and CargoX.
- Experience in reviewing shipping documents and dealing with suppliers and customs brokers.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
