Job Description
Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
· Develop positive relationships with clients
· Take full accountability for end-to-end sales of products and peripherals throughout IR networks
· Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives
· Driving sales and managing promoters to ensure to meet targets & KPIs
· Define and enhance a proper distribution model that grows business in IR market
· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for company growth
· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts on monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven Work Experience As IR Manager
- Highly Motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in Sales
- Fluent in English
