Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships and follow ups with clients and promote the company products as per the assigned area.
  • Plan work schedules, prepare weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager as well submit any required reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers and provide the required brochures, references, and scientific papers.
  • Negotiating and send contracts, quotations, prices, specifications with/to customers.
  • Collaborate with company departments and manage the sales cycle documentations to fulfil the client needs. (Quotations, invoices, contracts, brochures, etc.)
  • Be knowledgeable and learn continuously about the company products and services.
  • Arrange for deliver, installation and providing client training in coordination with the responsible department.
  • Responsible for attending, managing, analyzing and monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the company.

Job Requirements

Qualifications for Sales Representative:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy)
  • 1-3 years of Sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Persuasion and presentation skills for Sales and Marketing
  • Multitasking and Time Management
  • Intelligence, Character, Coachable, Experience. 
  • Focused on a long-term sales career.
